  • Consistent communication with buyer/seller clients, lenders, title, and cooperating agents

How does hiring a TC benefit me as a Realtor?

Our service saves you time and reduces stress by handling the administrative and logistical tasks associated with closing a deal. This allows you to focus on generating leads, securing new listings, and providing top-notch service to your clients.

What happens if the deal doesn’t close?

GREAT QUESTION! We work with the philosophy "we get paid if you get paid", unless of course you'd like extra support on the file after it's terminated. If you would like your TC to send out the cancelation, circulate the executed documents and ensure the earnest money is returned in a timely manner... we've got your back. We offer this service for $50 however it's completely up to you and is not a required service. If you have the listing side, with this service, we'll also ensure your mls is adjusted back to active and recognize your paperwork so the future contract doesn't get mixed with the old.

What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator manages your contract from start to finish. They handle most of the administrative and paperwork for the contract. A transaction manager will audit your files for compliance. In fact, in most cases the only thing a transaction manager won’t do is negotiate with the opposite side.

How do you get paid?

We submit our invoice to escrow directly & are paid from your commission at closing. If any work is done outside of closing it will be invoiced directly to you.

Do you draft forms and amendments?

Yes. We can draft amendments and other necessary forms during our business hours, ensuring that your transactions proceed as smoothly as possible without unnecessary delays.

Will you have contact with my client?

Absolutely! We take great effort to introduce ourselves to your client and make sure that the client understands that we are there as part of the team and a point of contact when it comes to dates and deadlines. Of course, if you prefer that we don’t have contact with your client, that is totally up to you.

Are you available on the weekends?

We are closed on weekends. Our commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team means we're available to assist you during regular business hours throughout the week.

Do you offer discounts?

When you refer an agent to Flow Transaction Management & they open a file with us, both you AND the agent you referred receive a $50 discount on your next deal.
